2023 State Fall Games

November 17-19, 2023

Already have an account?

Thank you for your interest in volunteering - REGISTRATION IS NOW CLOSED.  Due to the overwhelming support from wonderful volunteers such as yourself, the majority of the positions have been filled and it's time for us to do the final prep work and magic behind the scenes in advance of coordinating an event of this size.

You are welcome to attend Opening Ceremonies, Flag Football or Volleyball as a Walk-on Volunteer and we will register you on-site.  You will be placed as a Fan in the Stands first while the pre-registered volunteers check-in.  After they've been given the opportunity to check-in, if there are shifts still available, they will be offered to the Walk-on Volunteers.  If all of the roles are filled, we encourage you to stay and cheer on the athletes, then if something comes up, we know where to find you.  Extra volunteers at Volleyball will have the opportunity to choose from the Activitiy Tables (indoor games and crafts) or Fans in the Stands.  Thank you again!!

If you have already registered and have a question regarding your shift, please email volunteer@sowa.org or sgreenwood@sowa.org.
